• The result will be declared on the website www.fpmdcr.com.
• The students are required to note these dates carefully.
• The entrance examination and admission to the courses as per merit list will be made by Federation of Private Medical and Dental Colleges of Rajasthan.
• All admissions should be completed on or before 30th of September 2014.

No candidate shall be allowed to be admitted to the curriculum of first year of the MBBS & BDS courses until:

• He / she shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the MBBS & BDS courses i.e. on or before 31st December 2014.
• He / she has passed qualifying examination as under :
  The senior secondary examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination or from any recognized Board which is equivalent to 10+2 examination after a period of 12 years study, the last two years of the study comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Biology or any other elective subject with English at a level not less than the core course of English as prescribed by the NCERT after introduction of the 10+2+3 years educational structure as recommended by the National Committee on Education.

• A candidate for admission in Medical and Dental courses must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in qualifying examination and in addition must have come in the merit list prepared as a result of PC-PMT 2014 Entrance Examination by securing not less than 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology papers. In respect of candidates belonging to Physically Handicapped, the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in qualifying examination PC-PMT 2014 be 45% and for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other & Special Backward Classes be 40% instead of 50% as stated above.
• The student presently studying in Class XII and appearing at Senior Secondary Examination, 2014 can also apply for PC-PMT 2014. Such candidates shall be permitted provisionally to appear in PC-PMT 2014 Examination, provided that he/she encloses his/her admit card of 10+2 Examination. He/She must submit his/her mark sheet (relevant documents) at the time of counselling.

• Merit list :
  Selection of the candidates shall be on the basis of the merit list of the PC-PMT-2014. The selection will be based on merit-cum-choice for the course and preference for the college. The students will be allotted the colleges strictly accordingly to the merit cum choice of the course and preference of the college.
• Publication of result of PC-PMT-2014 :
  The result will be uploaded on the website www.fpmdcr.com on or before 15th June 2014 (as mentioned in calendar for academic year 2014-15 on page 5) and the 1st counselling for allotment and admissions as per the merit list will be carried out on 14th to 17th July, 2014 and it shall be the responsibility of the candidate to appear for counselling on the prescribed date at 10.00 A.M onwards in Pacific Institute of Management, Pacific Hill, Pratap Nagar Extn., Airport Road, Debari, Udaipur - 313024; and to deposit the fee and complete all formalities of admission including submission of all the required original certificates etc. and appear for the medical examination within the specified date and time given by the Convener of Entrance Examination –PC-PMT-2014, failing which they shall forfeit their chance of admission to the institute.
• Allotment :
  The allotment of colleges to the selected candidates from the common merit list through the counselling shall be done by the counselling board of the Federation. Complete transparency and fairness shall be observed in the same. SC/ST/OBC/SBC reservations will be made as per the policy of the State Govt.
• Medical Examination :
  The admitted candidates will be subjected to a medical examination of physical fitness by the medical board of the respective member institutions of the Federation, as per the required standards. If any candidate is found unfit, his/her admission will be cancelled and fee will be refunded.
• Vacant Seats :
  Last Dates upto which students can be admitted against vacancies arising due to any reason should be 30th September 2014.
• Cancellation of Admission & Withdrawal from the course :
  • The provisional admission of the student, who has paid admission fees but fails to join the course at the institute within the time limit communicated, is liable to be cancelled, and the tuition fee paid will not be refunded in case the seat remain vacant due to this reason.
  • The prescribed fee once paid will not be refunded if after registration of provisional admission, any student withdraws / discontinue from the course / college in midstream.

• Tuition fee :

  The provisional/interim fee structure of the Member Institutions for the academic, year 2014-15 are as follows :

  Geetanjali Medical College & Hospital	:	Rs. 8.50 Lac per year
  Jodhpur Medical College & Hospital	:	Rs. 7.95 Lac per year
  NIMS Medical College & Hospital	:	Rs. 8.00 Lac per year
  Pacific Medical College & Hospital	:	Rs. 8.50 Lac per year
  NIMS Dental College & Hospital	:	Rs. 3.00 Lac per year
  Pacific Dental College & Hospital	:	Rs. 4.00 Lac per year
  Geetanjali Dental & Research Institute	:	Rs. 3.30 Lac per year
  All other Pvt. Colleges for BDS Course	:	Rs. 2.30 Lac per year

  The selected candidates shall be required to deposit the prescribed fee on or before the prescribed time at the respective member institution and as per the direction of the Office-of the Selection Committee.
• Bank Guarantee / Cash Security :

  The selected candidates may also required to submit Bank Guarantee/Cash Security for remaining years of the total course at the time of getting admission before last date of fee deposition in the first year of MBBS & BDS course.
